Chef Luke Nguyen is known for his Vietnamese cooking, but in this programme he heads to Europe to check out the culinary wonders of France. The celebrated cook goes to its cities and regions to experience each one's specialties. He begins his adventure in Paris, discovering the culinary passion of the capital's residents, as well as Parisian food traditions. Nguyen stops in many others - including Strasbourg and Lyon, considered the food capital of France - before ending his journey in the seaside town of Saint-Malo, where he catches giant crabs with a local fisherman and cooks scallops.
