On Saturday, August 30th, 1997, Diana Princess of Wales leaves Sardinia on a private jet. She arrives in Paris with film producer Dodi Fayed, stopping there en route to London, having spent the preceding nine days together on board Fayed's yacht on the Italian and French Riviera.
