Chhotu is a young boy working at a dhaba (Indian roadside eatery), who dreams of educating himself and pursuing his dream. Once, he sees the then president of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam's address on television. He learns that Kalam was a poor boy like him, who sold newspapers.
