In Engkadia, Maximus Tolonges steals the magical black bandana to fulfill his desire to take over the kingdom and eventually the whole world. However, Mang Kepweng, the only person who can defeat Maximus, is slowly losing his powers. The once mighty red bandana is beginning to wane because he has become full of himself. Snapping out of his bubble, he gathers his friends and embarks on a journey to restore the powers of the red bandana.
