Subservience handler om en far i en vanskelig situasjon som kjøper et husholdnings-SIM, en androide-assistent, for å få hjelp til å ta seg av huset og familien sin. Men alt snus på hodet når SIM-en utvikler en egen bevissthet og bestemmer seg for å drepe mannens kone og barn.

After a while, a pregnant woman has terrible nightmares in which sinister creatures abduct her child. Not long afterwards, these creatures actually appear. One of the settlers confronts them.
