In this uproarious comedy, hip hop sensation Master P and the hilarious A.J. Johnson play small-time hustlers who hit the jackpot by turning a scam involving cellular phones into a wild, lucrative adventure, but chaos ensues when their booming bootleg business goes haywire, attracting furious customers, angry crooks, and the bumbling FBI, leading to a hilariously chaotic series of events.
