Løvenes konge
Det er en stor dag i løvenes rike når løveungen Simba blir født. En dag er det han som skal overta kongetronen etter sin far Mufasa! Dette er til stor glede for alle utenom Scar, Mufasas slemme bror, som selv ønsker å overta tronen. Tiden går og den nysgjerrige Simba lærer seg å takle farer som en blivende konge kan bli utsatt for. Han følger sin far, får kloke råd av bavianen Rafiki og leker med kompisen Nala. En dag skjer det noe forferdelig, Mufasa forsvinner sporløst – og før man vet ordet av det har Scar overtatt tronen! Simba blir jaget ut av flokken og må klare seg i den store verden helt alene. Langt borte fra familien treffer han marekatten Timon og vortesvinet Pumbaa, som blir hans nye venner. Men en dag vender Simba tilbake til løveriket for å gjenvinne sin plass som Løvenes Konge… Løvenes Konge er Disneys største mesterverk noensinne og en av verdens mest populære animerte filmer gjennom tidene.

In addition 40 Tours Around The Sun features a Storytellers segment in which the band’s four key figures, David Paich, Steve Lukather, Steve Porcaro and Joseph Williams, plunder their back catalogue, describe the background behind their first demo and reveal the genesis of Michael Jackson’s Human Nature written by the band’s Steve Porcaro. In front of 17,000 fans this concert features songs from Toto’s first album to their latest release and includes rarely played gems such as the complex instrumental Jake To The Bone and the theme to David Lynch’s Dune.
