En ung kvinne (Georgina Campbell) reiser til Detroit på jobbintervju og booker en leiebolig. Men når hun kommer sent om kvelden, oppdager hun at huset er dobbelbooket, og at en fremmed mann (Bill Skarsgård) bor der allerede. Motvillig bestemmer hun seg for å bli der resten av kvelden.
